Moonbase Alpha - Space 1999​
The legendary moonbase from the hit 1975 television show starts our list. Spanning over 4 kilometers in diameter, Moonbase Alpha is the home of the star flung Alphans from Earth.

Beta Unit - The Last Starfighter
In order to protect Alex, the last starfighter from the evil henchmen of Xur the wise Centauri deploys a "Beta Unit" which will mimic Alex and convince his friends and family he is still on Earth.

Gamma Quadrant of Sector 4 - Buzz Lightyear of Star Command
The continuing stories of Buzz Lightyear are told during this two year television series between 2000-2001. Buzz is joined by Mira Nova, Booster and the robot XR to become the number one space ranger team in the Gamma Quardrant.

Delta Quadrant - Star Trek: Voyager
Wayward Voyager is stranded in the Delta Quadrant of the Milky Way Galaxy, 70,000 light years from Earth. This series not only launched the UPN network in 1995 but proved stories could be told on starships besides ones named Enterprise.

Epsilon Eridani Star System - Babylon 5
The titular space station is set orbiting the very real Epsilon Eridani Star System. This space opera was unique in that it was written as a singular plot over 5 years before shooting ever commenced. Often compared with Star Trek: Deep Space 9, Babylon 5 had poorer graphics but an impecable story and characters.

Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam - Gundam
Giant robotic suites fighting epic sword battles in space! This 1985 Anime series told the tale of a corrupt Earth government being countered by a coalition of succeeding space colonies.

Eta Cassiopeiae System - Star Trek: Enterprise
In the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "Terra Nova". The first human colony outside our solar system was constructed on the planet Terra Nova, located in the Eta Cassiopeiae system.

ThetaRadiation - Star Trek: The Next Generation
This deadly radiation from the Star Trek universe is a part of most Warp Drive systems. Better get yourself a hypospray STAT!

Lambda Shuttle - Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back
This beautiful shuttle ferries Darth Vader and eventually the Emperor between the Star Destroyers and the Death Star. A group of Rebels are able to steal one to make their tactical strike on the forest moon of Endor.

Omicron Persei 8/9 - Futurama
Omicronian Males come from Omicron Persei 9 (Mars), while Omicronian Females come from Omicron Persei 8 (Venus). This volatile race is one of the more explored races of Futurama.

Space City Sigma - Space City Sigma 
Back in 1989, Space City Sigma marked Indian television's first foray into Science-Fiction. The inspiration was obviously Star Trek but instead of making a straight copy, it makers came up with 'Sci-Fi Soap-Opera'. Unlike Star Trek, Sigma had a villain and the story, each episode was woven around 'Good vs Bad'.

Psi Corp - Babylon 5
Another connection to Babylon 5, the terrifying Psi Corp, police of all telepaths in the B5 universe. Walter Koenig leads the powerful Corp in an incredible role beyond his Star Trek career.
