Troop 41 - Legoland Star Wars Day 2016
Carlsbad, CALIFORNIA
This was my second year participating in the Star Wars Day at Legoland and my first troop in my new Imperial Officer uniform. It was a hot weekend and I did a total of three 5 hour shifts but I had a blast. Saturday evening I was in my Stormtrooper armor, "guarding" the BIG Lego store. Imperial Sands Garrison also had their Death Star wall out for photos, which the guests loved!
Afterwards we all went to Claim Jumper for a legion dinner. Sunday morning while it was still relatively cool I kept my TK on but once the heat of the day set in my Officer came out for the rest of my shift. It was great getting to walk around the entire park and take part in the Droid Hunt game. A very new experience for me as I normally can't get 10 feet before a picture as a Stormtrooper. Can't wait 'till next year.
