Troop 31 - Weird Al Mandatory Fun Concert
Los Angeles, CALIFORNIA
For the last US concert of his Mandatory Fun Tour, "Weird Al" Yankovic had members of the 501st Legion come participate in his encore number "The Saga Begins". 8 Stormtroopers and 1 Darth Vader came out on stage to dance, snuggle and guard the talented singer at the Los Angels Greek Theater. I was the Stormtrooper on the far right of the stage, it was an incredible experience. After all of the VIP's had left Al thanked us and posed for some solo and group pictures. A class act and a great guy.
